Signs of the Apocolypse

Mood:  not sure

Greetings from the armpit of America!

The army stated that it could remain in Iraq for Ten more years and the California Supreme Court upheld the gay marriage ban, but none of that matters because we have our first Hispanic Supreme Court Justice!  We have a new Supreme Court justice and she happens to be of hispanic origins.  Big deal.  Come on people, in this day and age we shouldn't be suprised at all.  But for some reason this "news"  overshadows the two stories that should really be of interest to the public!  I also find it kind of interesting that there really wasn't anything about N. Korea in the news today.  Wierd.  You would think that the nuclear bomb test would still garner a little bit of attention.  Oh well.  I guess I'll stop worrying about our troops stuck in the Middle East for ten more years and the fact that the government now can say who we officially love.  Not to mention that we could be on the brink of nuclear war!  But all that doesn't matter because we have an hispanic justice!  The doomsday clock keeps a marching and we seem to happy portraying Nero with or trusty fiddle while Rome burns.  Courage

We Are Boned
Mood:  incredulous
Wow.  That's all I can say.  This is the first real post of my blog, and sure enough something happened to seriously piss me off.  As some of you may know, North Korea conducted another underground nuclear test today.  This time the blast was on par with the two we dropped in WWII.  This is not good.  You see, while we were in a country that we had no business going into, looking for weapons of mass destruction that didn't exist, the real bad guy in N. Korea was keeping himself busy with the possible destruction of the Western Hemisphere!  Mark another gigantic ass blunder up for our former president, George W. Bush.  He was too busy trying to finish a war from years ago that shouldn't have happened in the first place and didn't really need finishing either, instead of dealing with a true threat in Kim Jong Il.  There's all this talk about the UN sanctioning N. Korea again.  Woop de fickin' doo!  It didn't help the other 300 times, why do they think this will do any good now!?  You know I jokingly called these  posts "Signs of the Apocalypse"  But I gotta tell this scares the crap out of me people.  Courage

Greetings
Mood:  irritated
Greetings from the armpit of America!  This is my first entry, and I'm going to use this one to let you all know a little about myself and this blog.  My name is the 'Mazing Kreskin, I work for the largest big box retailer in the world, no real name will be used, but I'm sure you can figure it out.  Quite simply this blog is about things that simply piss me off, and what are sure to be signs of the impending apocolypse.  Obviously, I'm a huge George Carlin fan.  RIP George.  So now on to the first thing that pisses me off.  I hate going to a blog that has just started and the only thing to read is some sort of opening statement.  So with that said, I'm going to go out and finds signs that harbor the impending apocolypse.  Courage.
